RtL in July
Greetings fellow rockers and welcome to July; this month is going to be jam-packed with excitement. RtL kicks off the madness on Saturday, July 3rd at Magoo’s in Cresson where they will supercharge your 4th of July weekend with all of your favorite modern-rock songs. The show kicks off around 10pm and will continue until they get kicked out. Magoo’s is sure to have some great drink specials, so get out there early if you want to take advantage of them, preliminary reports suggest that this show is going to be PACKED with people and good times - Don’t miss your chance to be a part of it!
On Friday - July 9th, RtL will electrify the State College scene when they invade The Brewery during ArtsFest weekend. This will mark the band’s first appearance during the long-standing tradition of ArtsFest, and they have an awesome show planned. The show will kick off around 10pm with a special guest performance from VENT. If you have not had the chance to see these guys, you’re missing out; they are fantastic! Concluding VENT’s performance RtLwill close out the night with some great fist-pumping tunes from bands like Breaking Ben, Seether, Trust Company, Staind and many more. This is going to be an insane night with two insane bands - anything is possible. See ya soon State College!
After wrapping up their performance in State College, RtL will hit the road to Brockway to ignite Thin Lizzy’s (formally known as Kelly’s Place). This will be the group’s first performance in Brockway and rumor has it that locals in the area are gearing up for a big welcome! Under new management, Thin Lizzy’s has become a local hot spot for good times, live entertainment, and great atmosphere. If you have not had the chance to experience it for yourself, mark your calendars for July 10th- and come party with RtL, you wont be disappointed!
On July 16th, RtL will take over Lewistown to celebrate our dear friend Morgan’s birthday; Happy birthday Morgan! The band has been looking forward to this show for some time now, and are ready to lay down some good tunes for you and your friends. This is going to be a rocking good night, so if you have not been invited yet, you best purchase Morgan something very nice immediately! Concluding Morgan’s party, we’ll be headed back to the Arena in State College to rock your night away! Show will start around 10pm with a special guest performance from our good friends, Spirit Lost. These guys are great, so come out early and support local music.
Finally, RtL will wrap up July with their performance at Time Square in Clearfield PA. This show is set to happen Saturday July 24th, and it is going to be a big one! The band has already played two shows at Time Square, and the crowds have been HUGE - the show kicks off at 10pm.
On a side note, many of you have probably noticed that we have posted our newest original “On the Inside” to Myspace and Facebook. Since the release, the song has received nearly 100 plays in just under 2 weeks…Awesome! You may also have noticed that we will be off for the entire month of August, so our July shows will be your last chance to see us until September! We’re encouraging everyone to party the month of July off with us, and we thank everyone for their continued support and dedication; it’s your energy that drives our dream!
